Clymer Central School is pleased to announce that all students enrolled will be able to receive FREE breakfast and lunch meals at school beginning November 1, 2023.
This implementation is a result of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) expanding access to the federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). CEP allows eligible schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs to offer school meals at no charge to ALL students.

Ceramic students had the opportunity to visit and learn from professional potters, Jim and Pat Reno Pottery in Dewittvile. A few got to show off their throwing skills on Jim's 50 year old wheel.

Good morning CCS families. This is just a reminder that today, October 6th, is our 'Go Home Early' Drill. Students in grades UPK-4th will be dismissed at 2:40pm. Students in grades 5-12 will be dismissed at 2:45pm. Busses will be dropping off students approximately 15 minutes earlier than usual. Also, as a reminder, there is no school for students and staff on Monday, October 9th. Enjoy the long weekend!

Tomorrow, October 4, 2023, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will conduct a nationwide Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) test at approximately 2:20 pm. The test includes sending a "test message" to all televisions, radios, and all powered-on cell phones.
Meet Margo! We are excited to share with you that the Clymer School Board has approved a Certified Therapy Dog to begin attending school a few days a week as an additional service to our students. Margo is a 15 month old, female English Springer Spaniel who loves people! Margo has passed her Canine Good Citizen Test, her Therapy Dog Evaluation, and is now a certified member with the Therapy United Organization through Erie, Pennsylvania. She will be accompanied by Nichole Damcott, our school Social Worker and Margo's certified handler. Margo will be onsite and available for our older students as needed, and she and Mrs. Damcott will be scheduling classroom visits with our elementary students. A sign will be displayed outside Mrs. Damcott's door on the days Margo is on-site to notify anyone who may have allergies or any other reservations. Please feel free to contact Mrs. Damcott about any questions/comments/concerns you may have about the program. Welcome to CCS, Margo!!
